You are not alone
This is a therapeutic growth group of adults living with depression.

Friday Nights 5:30 – 6:30 PM

The purpose of this group is to recognize you are not alone in your struggle with depression. Goals include; how to grow through your depression, become aware of your worth, develop self- compassion and instill hope of change.

Join LuAnn for a FREE weekly 40-minute mid-day mediation class. Located in the private and peaceful downstairs studio, you will have the opportunity to let go, relax and allow her to guide and teach you new ways of working with the mind, body and spirit. This class is designed to open the heart, to clear the mind and to rejuvenate the body for increased over all well-being. Guided meditation assists in stress relief and improves focus and concentration and inspires creativity. In this class we will use the breath and guided visualization to energize the body, and to calm and clarify the mind.

Child Loss Support Group

First Tuesday of Every Month

This support group is for women and their partners who are currently or have experienced infertility or who have lost a child before, during or after birth.

If you join us, know that there is no pressure to do anything but be there. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to.

Postpartum Support Group

Second Tuesday of Every Month

The purpose of this monthly group is to support one another in the blessings and struggles of the postpartum period. Through sharing of ideas, discussing postpartum emotions and developing friendships, the goal is to understand that you are not alone and that you can not only survive but thrive in this intense stage of life.

Coping Skills for Kids

Third Tuesday of Every Month

Children ages 6-11 (first through 5th grade students) will meet as a group and through the use of art, movement, and drama we will talk about anxiety and stress in a relaxing environment. I will guide the children in exploring and identifying feelings and stressors. We will discuss a myriad of coping skills and brain storm what others we might be able to use. We will also address unhealthy coping skills and how that effects us differently. Tiffany will accept BCBS, Allegiance, and Medicaid or $20/class. Unfortunately, I will not be able to accept children with extreme behavioral problems due to this being a group class.
