Anna is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). In addition to her 200-hour certification, she has trained with the Veterans Yoga Project, the Baptiste Institute, Yoga Activist, and JoAnn Lyons with the Piedmont Yoga Community to expand her knowledge. She is currently working on becoming certified at the 500-hour level.

Anna is passionate about both the physical and mental aspects of yoga, and how we can take our practice with us when we leave our mats. She hopes to offer students a practice that helps them live more authentically as themselves.
