The Lotus is happy to welcome Jennifer Franklin! She will be hosting a FREE Meditation for Beginners class every Tuesday at 12:10-12:50 PM in the downstairs studio. Each weekly class includes guided meditation using practice techniques from Insight meditation. There is also a discussion on a topic relevant to the skills needed for a beneficial meditation practice. The goal is to help you to tease out the practical details needed to integrate meditation practice into a busy daily life in the modern world. Classes are designed to be helpful and understandable to first-time visitors as well as regular attendees.
